Perfect for classrooms, birthday decorations, or fun home activities, this project encourages creativity while turning everyday items into cheerful decorations. 🧻 Materials Needed Empty toilet paper rolls Colored paper or craft foam Yarn or wool (for hair) Small balloons (optional, for hands) Pom-poms (for noses and decoration) Googly eyes or a black marker Glue Scissors Markers or pens ✂️ How to Make the Craft Wrap each toilet paper roll with brightly colored paper and glue it in place.
